“Older computer + 4 children who likes to play online games = virus! I took my computer to PC Exchange and had it back in no time and good as new. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. Before doing any work the called to tell me what the problem was, what may have caused it and how they would repair it and the cost of the repair. I have had my computer back for months now and I haven’t had any problems at all and most importantly all my files and pictures are still in place. PC Exchange even repaired my work computer which I was told by our work computer guy “it’s too old and does not have enough memory so you will probably have to get a new one.” Not the case! The experts at PC Exchange discovered that the virus protection program we have at work was letting viruses through and that was slowing me down. Now with a “virus free” computer I am back to work faster than ever. Thanks PC Exchange for 2 jobs well done!!”

“Since Im a full-time student at coastal carolina community college here in Jacksonville, N.C. I was looking for a decent and reliable laptop to do my school work on. I searched on google for a place of business that specialized in the buying and selling of computer appliances and laptops and pulled up the “PC Exchange”. After I called the business number I was told to come in if I wanted and check out all the stock they had. After arriving, I was shown various different laptops to choose from with a detailed description of each one and all of it’ capabilities. I ended up buying a “Dell”, and since I had it there hasn’t been any internal problems with it.
